A note about health information
Our enquiry form includes an open message field. Many people use it to describe physical discomfort, stress, sleep difficulties, or emotional concerns.
You are never required to share health details to contact us. A name and phone number are enough — we can discuss the rest privately by phone or WhatsApp, which we generally prefer.
If you do choose to include such details, we treat them as confidential. We use them only to understand how we may help you and to prepare for your session. We do not share them with anyone outside S.M.I.L.E., we do not use them for marketing, and we do not publish them in any form.
When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email
If you call, message, or email us directly, we retain that correspondence so we can respond and maintain continuity of care. WhatsApp messages are processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, over which we have no control.
3. Information Collected Automatically
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. It collects:
- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- Approximate location (city or region level — not your precise location)
- Device type, browser, and operating system
- How you arrived at our site (search engine, direct visit, referral link)
- General interaction patterns, such as clicks and scroll depth

6. How Long We Keep It
- Enquiry form submissions: retained for up to 3 years, so we can maintain continuity if you return to us
- Client session records: retained for as long as you remain a client, and for a reasonable period afterwards
- Analytics data: retained according to Google Analytics settings, currently 14 months
- Server logs: typically retained for a short period by our host

7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure hosting, HTTPS encryption on our website, and restricted access to enquiry data.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you wish to discuss something particularly sensitive, we recommend speaking with us by phone rather than in writing.
8. Your Rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
